Orders
Orders can be placed by phone : 01480 40 40 30 or email info@ibexcamping.co.uk.
Once we have received your order we will confirm it back to you by email giving details of postage costs, delivery time and requesting your method of payment.
We will ask you to acknowledge receipt of this email this is your commitment to purchase the items ordered.
Payment
We accept payment by cash or cheque at our Premises, alternatively we can confirm your order by email and attach a paypal payment button.
We will not ask for payment until your order is ready for despatch
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 24hours subject to it being in stock.
Non-Stock items - We will despatch your items as soon as possible.
Delivery Charges
Spend less than £150.00 delivery charge £4.95.
Spend over £150.00 and receive free delivery

Any information obtained by Ibex Camping for the purpose of supplying goods will only be held for the sole use of Ibex Camping and will not be shared with any third parties
