The current situation and our Tent Hire Bookings , a little information for our Tent Hire Customers at this uncertain time. We sincerely hope that you and your family are safe and well, the uncertainty and changing situation can be a little unsettling , we just wanted to reassure you that we are committed to ensuring that your Tent Hire Booking with us will be carefully and thoughtfully responded to.
In light of the recent outbreak here in the UK and across the world , we have taken the decision to offer a No-Quibble Tent Hire Booking Policy for the duration of this uncertain period.
If you decide to cancel your booking prior to your 'Balance Paid period' - (14 days before your Hire Period) we will issue you with a Tent Hire Booking Credit for your 10% Deposit that will last until the end of 2021 or a full refund , whichever you would prefer.
If you decide to cancel your booking up to 7 days before your Hire Period during your 'Balance paid Period' (14 days before your hire period) we will issue you with a Tent Hire Booking Credit the full value of your Tent Hire Booking that will last up until the end of 2021 or a full refund which ever you would prefer.
Our Tent Hire Booking Process ....
✔ We receive your Tent Hire Enquiry
✔ Once you're happy to go ahead - confirm Tent Hire booking ... all we need is a 10% Deposit to secure your booking
✔ No further payment is then needed until 14 Days prior to your Hire dates , this is when your balance becomes due.
✔ You are now in your 'Balance paid period' you can still cancel your booking with us up to 7 days prior to your Hire dates and we'll issue a Tent Hire Booking Credit that will last until the end of 2021 or a full refund whichever you would prefer.
