IBEX Camping Delivery Charges
Here you will find details about our delivery charges and services available. We offer Standard, 48 Hour and 24 Hour (Mon-Fri) Delivery services.
Our Courier Services
We primarily use ParcelForce and Royal Mail to dispatch your parcel, occasionally we may use an alternative courier as outlined on this page - but we'll always let you know.
Our Standard Service is not tracked and should arrive with you within 3 working days of dispatching.
Our Tracked 24/48 Hour Services allow you to track your parcel and you will receive an email on the day your parcel is due to be delivered with an estimated time of delivery from our service provider. We ask that, if possible, changes aren't made to this service such as altering the delivery time slot as this may downgrade your delivery service. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please Note: Our 24 Hour Delivery does not guarantee Next Day Delivery - If your order is urgent and next day delivery is critical please contact us on 01480 404030. Any Upgrades may incur extra charges.
Order Cut off Time
Orders placed before 11.00am (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same working day. If you place your order after Midday, at the weekend or on a Public Holiday we'll dispatch your order the Next Working Day so please allow an extra working day from your Estimated Delivery Date. Out couriers collect and deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) We are also able to offer a Saturday Delivery service for a little extra charge.

Coleman Replacement Poles
We have introduced 3 Services for our Coleman Replacement Poles these are a little higher than our standard services due to the size or the package and to ensure your poles arrive in a perfect condition we re-box for you , this charge does though cover parcels up to 25kg , just one charge for all your poles.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer our Free Standard Delivery Service on Coleman Replacement Tent Poles and Flysheets.
Delivery Outside of the UK
Simply select the option to quote for delivery during checkout – we’ll search the up to date prices with our service providers and get back to you with a price – should the cost prove too expensive we are more than happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. ,
All our EU and across the world shipments are processed on an DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid basis , this means that any VAT , Duty or charges will need to be paid by you (our customer) when the parcel arrives in your destination country.
Collect from our premises
You are more than welcome to save a little on the postage and collect from us at Little Paxton.

Large Tent Deliveries
Occasionally, we may need to organise an alternative service provider such as UK Mail for large tents or a Pallet Service for your delivery. The Pallet Service is usually required for our range of Zempire Tents and we will be in touch prior to booking this service to ensure someone will be available at the time of delivery.
Important: Many of these larger tents require a 2 person handle , please ensure you lift with 2 people.

Once you've checked out we'll keep you up to date with the progress of your order , if you've chosen a tracked service our amazing delivery companies will keep you up to date too!
If you need to change or amend your order with us please get in touch as soon as possible , we'll always try our best to make sure your changes are applied.
In the unlikely event that your parcel hasn't arrived within the times specified above , it would be great if you could check with your local sorting office or depot to see if there has been an attempted delivery. Please let us know too, and we'll get in touch with our couriers.
