Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards from IBEX Camping, we are delighted to now be able to offer a gift card for you to purchase and spend on the IBEX Camping website. Available in multiples of £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100 the IBEX Camping digital gift card can be used across the website. With an expiry date of 2 years there's plenty of time your friend or family member to choose their gift. Our Gift Cards are issued digitally with a code being issued for use on the website. 

A little more information about the IBEX Camping Digital Gift Card 

Spending your Gift Card You can use your gift card across our website. You are welcome to pay in full , with a little top up payment or leave a balance on your digital card.

Can I exchange my gift card for cash? Your Digital Card can't be exchanged for cash.

What happens if I need a refund? Any refund(s) would be popped back on a digital card for you.

Can I send a gift card to a friend or family member?  If you would like to gift a Digital Gift Card , simply enter the email details for the person you would like to gift. 

How long does my gift card last?  Our digital gift cards have a 2 year expiry date from the date of purchase, we are always happy to extend this for you , there's no charge for this extension. 

What happens if I lose my Digital Gift Card? It is important to keep your code safe , if you lose your code please get in touch with the Team @ IBEX Camping. We will try our best to help , we would need your original proof of purchase &  payment. Provided the code hasn't been used for full or part payment. We'll carry out a few checks and if possible replace your code.
