Update 15th July 2020, We just wanted to say a big thank you to our courier services , Royal Mail , ParcelForce and DHL for all their hard work during these unprecedented times. Our small family Team process and pack our online orders the same working day up till 7pm , we then arrange collection or drop off the next working day , we have experienced very few delays during transit too 🙏 to our wonderful couriers. In addition to our existing social distancing measure , due to the recent updates , we are also now asking all visitors to bring a face mask with them, our premises are located within a bijou retail complex ... 🙏 thank you for helping us to keep everyone safe.

As we have now passed the 15th June we are delighted to be able to offer Contactless Collection from Little Paxton. Regrettably as our premises are a little cosy , we are unable to offer browsing. We are though always on the end of the phone if you need any assistance or advice , we're also working hard to make sure the Website is up to date with all our new products. In addition to Contactless Collections we have introduced a scan & Go payment system.
How our Contactless Collection's work.
Help us all Stay safe , Stay 2m Apart & please use our Hand Sanitiser before collecting your order.
✔ Simply give us a call or place your order online.
✔ We'll then prepare your order and leave it safe for your collection once we have left the premises. please use our onsite hand Sanitiser before retrieving your parcel from our collection box.
✔ If you have ordered and paid online , we'll leave a copy of your receipt with your order.
✔ Scan & Go - If you would like to pay onsite , simply scan our Paypal QR Code to send us the total of your order. ( you will need to download the Paypal App in order to use this payment method)
*Our collection point is covered by CCTV so perfectly safe until you pop round to collect.
For our online courier orders , we have now added new packaging to our system , this is brand new and has been quarantined for 72 hours before being used for packing our orders. We have also started receiving orders from our suppliers , again these items are quarantined within our premises for 72 hours before being added to the website , if you would like confirmation of when your item arrived with us , please don't hesitate to get in touch with the team.
We have also resumed recycling our incoming packaging , any packaging that is recycled is quarantined for 72 hours before being used, if you would rather we used new packaging please get in touch with the Team @ IBEX Camping.

The Current situation and our Retail Orders , a little information for our Retail Customers at this uncertain time. We sincerely hope that you and your family are safe and well, the uncertainty and changing situation can be a little unsettling , we just wanted to reassure you that we are committed to ensuring that your order with us will be carefully and thoughtfully responded to.
We are taking all the recommended steps being issued by the Government to help protect ourselves and you, our valued customers. With these being paramount to any decisions we may need to take over the coming weeks and months.
As of today , 17th March 2020 we are not accepting visitors to our physical shop until further notice. We are though still processing online and telephone orders.
Like many others , when possible we are working remotely, to limit unnecessary travel and contact time . In addition to this we are visiting our premises to process our orders during the quieter parts of the day , evenings and early mornings. Upgrading your delivery service if this means there may be a delay in the arrival of your parcel on dispatch.
All our packaging materials been with us since before the outbreak , for the time being we aren't re-using any recent packaging. Instead we are disposing of this responsibly.
You may notice some changes with our delivery services and the way they process your delivery on the doorstep. Our primary couriers are Royal Mail and Parcel Force. In addition, we are able to add delivery notes to our courier when we book your service. If you have any special requests or would like to let our couriers know you are self isolating please let us know. Royal mail have now announced a reduced service at their sorting facilities , this means we are changing slightly our processes , our orders will be prepared in the evening for an early morning collection , orders received after 7pm in the evening will be processed the next working day and collected by Royal Mail the following day.
All staff are following the hand washing guidelines and implementing extra hand sanitising procedures too. In addition to this , all parcels are being packed by staff wearing gloves.
Being a family team , in the event that we are in the situation of having to self isolate , we will immediately close all our online outlets and immediately refund any orders that have not yet been dispatched.
It's a little early in the season so most of our stock items have been with us since before the Outbreak. If you would like to confirm if the item you are purchasing has been added to the range since the outbreak please get in touch, the team would be delighted to check for you.
