Your Tent Hire Booking is in safe hands. 

Just in case we things become a little unsettled in 2023 we have extended our  Safe Hands Booking policy for our Tent Hire and Camping Equipment Hire service. 

COVID Safe Booking - Due to the unsettled times we are now living with , if you need to cancel your booking due to a local / national COVID lock down, COVID Symptoms or the Cancellation of  an event you are due to attend  due to Government restrictions,  We’ll issue a full refund of any payments received* 

We are committed to keeping everyone safe , as well as our own safety measures we'll ensure we implement all guidance and advice offered by the the government. 

* To confirm your booking we just need a confirmation email. Your Balance will become payable 14 days before your hire dates.

We just wanted to let you know that .... if you need to cancel your booking due to any reason other than those mentioned above we'll revert back to our standard booking terms , as mentioned on our quotation form & T&C's  Your 10% booking deposit becomes  non refundable in the event of cancellation.
