Tent Pole Repair Service

Broken Tent Pole? Don't panic we're here to help. The Team @ IBEX Camping are here to repair your broken tent pole for you. We'll Take a look at your shockcord - it may need replacing too - simply select the option to give us permission to change your shock cord if we need to. There's nothing to pay at this stage , simply complete your order from the drop down menu , send us your pole and we'll be in touch.  You Can find details of our charges below.

✔ Send your Broken Pole to us , using a tracked service.

✔ Enclose a note with your order number , name and address of a copy of your order 

✔ Once your pole arrives we'll get in touch to let you know how much the repair is going to be. 

✔ We'll then repair and return via your chosen Delivery service 

There's nothing to pay at this stage , once we have checked your pole we'll get in touch to let you know the cost and take payment.

• Tent Pole Section(s) £4.00 / £4.75  per section 
• Replacement Shock Cord £0.60 / £0.80 per m
